FACILITIES MANAGER

ANINE BING is looking for a Facilities Manager to join its Property Development team.

The Facilities Manager will lead the repair and maintenance of all ANINE BING properties worldwide, including retail stores, shop-in-shops, showrooms, and corporate offices.

They will work closely with corporate and store teams to manage facilities requests, track budgets, and serve as the main point of contact for contractors and vendors. This role requires prioritizing quality control and maintaining consistent communication with store teams, retail leadership, wholesale partners, and corporate employees.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic problem solver. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are self-driven, flexible, and confident in managing cross-functional relationships with external vendors and contractors.

This role is remote, reporting to the Head of Property Development, and will require periodic domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to all facilities requests and ensure smooth, safe operations across all locations
  • Work diligently to ensure all properties remain open, fully operational with a brand standard presentation, while minimizing or eliminating downtime. Quickly address and resolve facilities-related issues that could disrupt business operations, supporting a premium client and employee experience
  • Oversee the regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections of all global properties, ensuring all systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) function properly. Possess working knowledge and familiarity with various mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and architectural systems
  • Help develop and implement a new repair & maintenance platform which will track work orders, contractor and vendor assignments, system data input, schedules and budgets, and generate reports for the senior leadership team
  • Manage our annual refresh program, which can range from cosmetic updates to store remodels, in partnership with the Store Design and Construction teams (while also maintaining budget spend)
  • Own our new store opening (NSO) warranty program in collaboration with general contractors, landlords, stores, and corporate teams
  • Remain available to support retail field and office working hours (inclusive of evening and weekends for emergency work orders)

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience working in repair & maintenance, ideally managing a multi-unit portfolio (retail stores, corporate offices, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience is mandatory
  • Knowledge of repair & maintenance processes, construction management, architecture, engineering, and/or cost control is a plus
  • A self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, with strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000
