What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a Paid Social Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience (or transferable experience) to join our growing Performance Marketing team. This role will report into the Director of Performance Marketing and will play a key part in cross department collaboration to ensure we have the creative, insights and execution needed to drive performance. We are looking for a curious learner who is well organized and has paid social executional experience across the key channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Twitter). Ideally this will be someone who can work autonomously on projects if needed but also enjoys working collaboratively within the performance marketing team and cross departmentally with creative and ecommerce teams.

This role will be heavily direct response focused so the ideal candidate would have strong experience in direct response paid social execution with a background in ecommerce or retail being preferred. You will have the opportunity to help grow and develop the paid social strategy globally for Anine Bing so this role will require an understanding of paid social principles, how marketing campaigns work cross market and an analytic aptitude. We have a highly motivated, driven and collaborative team and a big part of this role will be helping drive stronger collaboration between the performance marketing and creative teams ensuring that we feedback insights to help the creative design and curation process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with the paid social lead to identify new opportunities for campaigns
  • Work cross departmentally to input into weekly creative briefing meeting taking into account performance data, new arrivals and stock insights to guide the creative team in assets to produce for paid social activity.
  • Building, optimising and reporting on paid social campaigns with support from paid social lead
  • Take initiative and undertake campaign management tasks including:
  • Audience segmentation
  • Ad uploading and execution
  • Optimising bids and targeting
  • Budget monitoring
  • Producing, updating and understanding campaign reports
  • Keep up to date with industry developments
  • Help in the design and implementation of creative templates via Smartly PMD
  • Work cross departmentally to provide any ad hoc insights needed
  • Build strong relationships with 3rd party providers and platform vendors
  • Ensure that campaigns are on track to achieve and exceed forecast goals and provide insights and optimisation suggestions to improve performance.
  • Analyze creative performance, work closely with content and creative teams briefing creative assets requirements based on customer intent and regional insights to make sure creative output are in line with customers’ engagement and industry best practice.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years Paid Social experience (Ideally with an ecommerce or retail background)
  • Strong paid social direct response knowledge and executional skills
  • Knowledge of the key Paid Social ad platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, Snap)
  • Experience with Smartly PMD tool (beneficial)
  • Highly motivated, collaborative self-starter with a results driven focus
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and Data Studio beneficial but not required
  • Good understanding of tracking and tagging as it relates to paid social channels
  • Experience working with Dynamic campaign types and basic understanding of product feeds
  • Paid Social creative design and knowledge advantageous but not essential
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
  • International (Global) experience desirable but not essential
