What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our dynamic European wholesale business. This role will be responsible for leading the further expansion of the brand while ensuring proper brand positioning in the region, by working directly with our in-house partners and managing a team of agents to achieve results.

You will need to have experience and relationships with wholesale partners in the region and be organized, detail-oriented, and think outside of the box by contributing to the overall inventive energy of our company. You like traveling and being in the field with our agents and on the sales floor with direct partners to be the best ambassador of the brand

  • Developing and executing regional strategies by market to ensure growth, profitability, and the long-term sustainability of a top tier distribution network.
  • Empowering and guiding our regional agents to create strategic plans in partnership with key accounts focused on securing comp growth and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Owning the Long-Range Planning for the region (seasonal & annual budgets by accounts, by product category in conjunction with the Global Budget plan of the Wholesale Channel.
  • Communicating updates to the business on a monthly and quarterly basis, highlighting growth strategies and flagging potential headwinds.
  • Driving profitability within the region, regularly reviewing the P&L analysis on an account and regional level along with the VP of Global Wholesale to ensure this is improving on a YOY basis.
  • Presenting regional performance within the region on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis to the business, identifying performance trends, opportunities, and corresponding actions.
  • Leading the European wholesale product strategy informed by European customer insights to ensure the optimization of market requirements and the maximization of opportunities.
  • Overseeing seasonal budgets, forecasting and product projection process prior to market to ensure proper alignment between sales goals by region and account and inventory.
  • Identifying process improvements and removing barriers to execution. Laser focus on implementing change to improve the speed to market of product and streamlining the experience for wholesale partners.
  • Participate in seasonal markets and action market preparation, including confirmation of appointments and prep of showroom.
  • Responsible for overseeing management of order entry, changes, confirmations, and processing as well as generating reorders as required.
  • Monitor shipping and credit status.
  • Partner with internal departments to establish strong working relationships and effective communication.
  • Monitor direct report(s) performance through the year to ensure KPIs can be met.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of wholesale sales management experience in the high-end Contemporary or Luxury Market
  • Direct high-level relationships with major accounts across Europe
