ANINE BING is looking for a Retail Client Experience Manager to join its Retail HQ team.

The Retail Client Experience Manager drives a client-first culture throughout ANINE BING’s global retail organization by implementing strategic initiatives that cultivate and nurture client relationships and elevate the client experience.

The Retail Client Experience Manager reports to the VP of Retail and can be based in New York.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee and develop Clienteling program with target of 30% clienteling sales contribution
  • Create and track all store clienteling metrics
  • Oversee client database and ensure stores are protecting and increasing client touchpoints
  • Develop, launch, and monitor client selling ceremony guidelines in stores
  • Routinely visit stores to assist in developing appropriate selling ceremony behaviors
  • Ensure store teams have all the tools necessary to convert customers into long-term clients
  • Oversee and maximize Retail event program and culture
  • Develop follow-up plan to convert event clients to loyal clients in partnership with CRM team
  • Develop event metrics and track success (sales, new client acquisition, client conversion)
  • Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of events and clienteling activities, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI
  • Report on all metrics weekly to senior and executive leadership teams
  • Manage and optimize events budget

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in clienteling, CRM, and events in contemporary, advanced contemporary, or luxury retail
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and invoicing
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with a positive and engaging working style
  • Tech savviness and experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000
