Senior Stylist - Australia

ANINE BING is looking for a Senior Stylist to join its Fiveways team based in Sydney.
The Senior Stylist is an integral member of our world-class sales team and embodies the values of ANINE BING. This role fosters an engaging and high-energy environment, prioritizing exceptional customer service and sales performance.
The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, and motivated, committed to building lasting client relationships and achieving team objectives with style and professionalism.
This role reports to the Store Director.
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and styling advice, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Proactively engage with VIP clients, maintaining detailed records using Endear (CRM software).
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Train and mentor casual staff in sales techniques and store procedures.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs through effective client interactions.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation aligned with the ANINE BING aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the team to create an organized and visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or fashion sales.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in technology and experience with CRM software.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive and engaging team player with a growth mindset.
