ANINE BING is looking for a Senior Merchandiser to join its Merchandising team based in Paris.

The Senior Merchandiser is a key contributor to implementing ANINE BING's merchandising strategy, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support product development, pricing, and commercial success.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of market trends and product performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, strategic thinker, and team player who embodies the values of the ANINE BING brand.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to define seasonal range plans and collection briefs based on sales history, market feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Liaise with Design and Product Development teams to monitor collection development and align the range plan with the brand’s vision and financial goals.
  • Analyse collection sales performance to inform collection plans and provide data driven product development recommendations
  • Participate in pricing strategy development, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, target margins, and competitive pricing.
  • Research and analyze market trends, compiling insights on product and price positioning to guide collection strategy.
  • Prepare training materials and sales tools for Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale teams, ensuring alignment across channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Commercial, to ensure efficient product deployment and alignment with brand objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in merchandising or buying roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
