Sales Assistant - Wholesale

ANINE BING is looking for a Sales Assistant to join its Wholesale team.

The Wholesale Sales Assistant drives sales growth in wholesale accounts by managing administrative tasks, financial reporting, market preparation, and overall accounts management, while also supporting internal operations and overseeing sales order processes at various stages.

This role reports into our SVP of Global Wholesale and is based out of our Los Angeles HQ office.


  • Support with various Sales analysis and reports including market recap, sell-thru reporting, shipping reports etc.
  • Follow up on sales orders, deliveries, payments, returns/swaps and provide regular reporting on these activities as needed
  • Support and Communicate all support for wholesale partner activities such as product knowledge, visual assets, PR news, copy information etc.
  • Assist with showroom organization sample management, booking suppliers, arranging appointments, submitting invoices etc.
  • Manages B2B ATS platform and communication and client prospection research from time to time
  • Assist the Senior Sales Managers with daily correspondence with accounts, provide customer service as needed


  • Entry level experience
  • Dynamic, organized, independent and strong multitasking skills
  • Fashion sensibility and strong attention to details
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office, any experience with ERP system a plus

  • The anticipated base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $66,560
